We read every message. The team is small, so the fastest path to a real answer is one specific question with the device and account email you signed up with.
Common questions
I can't log in
- If your password isn't working, tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. The reset link arrives in under a minute.
- If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam, then write to us with the email you signed up with.
I never received my verification email
- Check spam first. Some inbox providers route transactional mail there for new senders.
- Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Resend verification". The link is valid for 24 hours.
- If it still doesn't arrive, write to us. We can verify your account manually.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. The action is final. Your profile, check-ins, signal history, and avatar file are removed immediately. You can also email us and we'll process the deletion within five business days.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Account → Export data, or write to hello@farcle.app. We respond within 30 days with a JSON file containing everything we hold about you.
I want to cancel my subscription
- iOS: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Farcle → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play app → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Farcle → Cancel.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current period stays active until it ends.
Refunds
Subscription refunds are handled by Apple and Google directly:
- iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Google Play refund support
The app crashed or behaved unexpectedly
Send us:
- Device model (e.g. iPhone 14 Pro) and OS version (Settings → General → About).
- What you were doing right before it happened.
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.

I think I found a bug
Thank you. Please send us the steps to reproduce, the device and OS version, and a screenshot if possible. The more specific the report, the faster we can ship a fix.
