I can't log in

I never received my verification email

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Account → Delete account. The action is final. Your profile, check-ins, signal history, and avatar file are removed immediately. You can also email us and we'll process the deletion within five business days.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Account → Export data, or write to hello@farcle.app. We respond within 30 days with a JSON file containing everything we hold about you.

I want to cancel my subscription

I think I found a bug

Thank you. Please send us the steps to reproduce, the device and OS version, and a screenshot if possible. The more specific the report, the faster we can ship a fix.
